ITEANZ Plan to Expand Collaboration to Help Clients Become Next-Generation Enterprises with Generative AI

ITEANZ intends to develop next-generation AI capabilities and industry-specific cloud solutions to assist customers in maximizing business value. They will look into developing next-generation AI capabilities for RISE in collaboration with SAP, as well as integrating AI into SAP business processes across industry-specific cloud solutions and line-of-business apps. ITEANZ intends to employ data-driven insights to integrate intelligent industry use cases into end-to-end business processes, hence driving next-generation industry innovation.

The firms want to work together through their respective employee network groups and “next-gen” communities to broaden SAP solutions experience in the consulting industry and cultivate the next generation of talent.

ITEANZ Consulting and SAP seek to accelerate the transformation enabled by RISE with SAP by assisting clients in the following important areas:

Next-Generation AI Business Processes: The businesses are collaborating to develop new generative AI capabilities for RISE and integrate AI into SAP business processes across industry-specific cloud solutions and line-of-business applications. Initially, ITEANZ intends to expand AI capabilities throughout SAP’s portfolio of cloud solutions and services, all of which are powered by SAP Business Technology Platform. This covers SAP’s RISE and GROW solutions, financial solutions for the CFO’s office, supply chain management solutions, human capital management solutions, SAP Customer Experience solutions, and intelligent spend management solutions. ITEANZ also intends to use SAP Signavio and SAP Business AI technologies to assist develop next-generation business processes via a proof-of-concept adoption program.

Next-Generation Industry Innovation: ITEANZ and SAP plan to build intelligent industry use cases, enabled by data-driven insights, into end-to-end business processes to fuel next-generation industry innovation. These use cases will initially focus on the industrial manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, defense, automotive and utilities industries. This includes ITEANZ’s recent work with SAP to develop new AI solutions for the CPG and retail industries. As part of this initiative, ITEANZ has begun the development of an extensive portfolio of over 100 AI solutions across industry, line-of-business and product delivery. In addition, ITEANZ plans to develop prescriptive industry value maps that define next-generation business processes and opportunities for impact with AI. Clients will be able to access all of these new AI solutions through the global ITEANZ Innovation Studios and SAP Experience Center sites.

Next-Generation Platform Architecture and Customer Adoption Approach: Next-generation organizations demand next-generation platform architectures as well as a modernized customer adoption strategy. ITEANZ’s Value Generation collaboration effort aims to create next-generation reference architectures that support a clean core approach. To do this, ITEANZ intends to use SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, and LeanIX technologies. These new reference architectures will assist create standards for data, process, system, and device integration, as well as process orchestration and automation. ITEANZ consultants working with clients on SAP projects can additionally use ITEANZ Consulting Advantage, the company’s AI services platform, as well as its portfolio of proprietary methodologies, assets, and Assistants, to improve client delivery consistency and repeatability.

ITEANZ Consulting Advantage enables ITEANZ consultants to alter the way they deliver SAP solutions, increasing productivity and mitigating risk by employing generative AI to assist with tasks such as user story generation, test scripts, training and change management content, and code production.

Next-Generation Ecosystem Expansion: ITEANZ and SAP intend to collaborate around their respective employee network groups and “next-gen” communities, such as the business women’s networks at ITEANZ and SAP, the SAP University Alliances program, and SAP and ITEANZ’s Veterans to Work program, to increase SAP solutions experience among the consulting workforce and develop the next generation of talent. The companies also intend to investigate new methods to collaborate on social impact projects, such as training at-risk youngsters in the IT sector and speeding up the integration of social businesses into global supply chains.

ITEANZ Model Series are intended to be available for use throughout SAP’s portfolio of cloud solutions and apps, which is powered by the generative AI hub in SAP AI Core. The generative AI hub enables relevant, trustworthy, and responsible corporate AI while also providing rapid access to a diverse set of large language models (LLMs). This builds on ITEANZ and SAP’s relationship to embed ITEANZ Watson AI technology in SAP products. ITEANZ Consulting intends to construct extensions on the generative AI hub utilizing the Watsonx.ai Granite model for select customers in order to highlight its capabilities.
