Service Automation

Iteanz Technologies service automation system is a solution to optimize the service lifecycle management of a business and facilitates a platform to manage the after sales services for the customers and service team across operating markets.

With the mobile plug-in the solution automatically locates the service engineer closest to the customer with GPS enabled mobile application and assigns the service tickets to the service engineers

We have implemented Service Automation for manufacturing clients to manage their service management of the products, service request, warranty, and complaints.

Rittal India:

Channel partner portal is deployed at Rittal India that includes all business activities that takes place between Rittal and dealers such as Product search, Stock updates, Order placement, lead management, projects, and complaints service.

This project is roll-out in phased plan of 3 months deployment and test run, 3 months roll-out and 1 year support.

Size of 4 developers and consultants are used to complete this assignment.
