Challenges
- Organization was losing control over its existing Replenishments where transactional data were inefficient and did not provide real-time data.
- The trouble with the legacy systems was that real-time data wasn’t available for decision making, as the Meibach applications would generate flat files where third-party customers and vendor would fetch from an FTP` server.
- It was difficult to carry out the process if for real time decisions.
Solution
Data of different transactional data such as Sales, Sales_RTN, SOH, GRN_WH, GRN_IST, IST_OUT, and Material_RTN are sent to SAP ECC posted by Customers across PAN INDIA in respective FTP folders
After processing of transactional data in SAP ECC Sales, SOH, GRN, GIT, OBD, STYLE_EAN, WH_STOCK are posted back to FTP Folders so that a third-party application(Meibach) for supply chain management would process the above transactional data to achieve automatic replenishment
