Iteanz Technologies recruitment procedure

Candidates keen to be associated with Iteanz Technologies, are invited to apply or Walk-in to Iteanz Technologies.

Candidates will go through the recruitment process of the company. These positions requires specific skill sets and experience. Other basic attributes that Iteanz looks for are integrity, a "I will do" attitude, high energy, learning interest, leadership and the ability to think strategically.

A technical round of interview is followed by a two day assessment programme, which would be scheduled on a specific date and intimated to the shortlisted candidate in the technical round. The organization also benefits in evaluating the technical competence of the person attending this programme.

Refreshers are also put through a orientation on all the technology practices and services by Training and Development programme. The employee goes through a detailed induction in the technology and business domain. At the end of this induction, employees are assigned to projects under the guidance of an identified leader.

The above resource development programme is internal to the organization as part of team building activities, this happens once or twice in a year with limited hirings.
